Dhikala FRH has multiple rooms and dormitories, including New Forest Rest House, Old FRH, Cabins, Annexe, and Dormitories.
Rooms are basic but clean, with attached bathrooms, electricity (limited hours), and solar lights.

Gairal Forest Rest House provides three types of accommodations :
New Forest Rest House : Comprises 4 well-ventilated double rooms with attached western-style bathrooms, offering a comfortable stay.
Old Forest Rest House : Features 2 rooms with shared facilities, offering a rustic experience.
Dormitory : An 8-bed dormitory suitable for group stays, with shared amenities.
All accommodations are equipped with solar-powered lighting and hot water facilities. Please note that there is no electricity, and amenities are basic to maintain the natural environment.
The Sarapduli Forest Rest House is a serene and centrally located accommodation within the Dhikala Tourism Zone of Jim Corbett National Park, approximately 18 km from the Dhangarhi Gate. Nestled along the southern banks of the Ramganga River, it offers a tranquil setting amidst mixed forests and riverbeds, making it an excellent base for wildlife viewing and nature enthusiasts
Rooms : The rest house comprises 2 standard rooms and a 4-bed dormitory. Each room is equipped with an attached western-style bathroom featuring running water, a wash basin, and a western toilet. The dormitory also has a separate washroom accessible from the outside.
The Sultan Forest Rest House (FRH) is a serene and historic accommodation located within the Dhikala Zone of Jim Corbett National Park, approximately 25 km from Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. Safari is conducted via gypsy (open jeep), usually twice a day—once in the early morning and once in the afternoon.
The zone is known for frequent sightings of tigers, wild elephants, gharials, hog deer, barking deer, wild boars, and over 600 bird species.
A canteen is available inside the Dhikala campus, serving vegetarian Indian food (set menu).
No alcohol or non-vegetarian food is allowed.
There is no mobile network, offering a digital detox.
Bookings must be made well in advance (up to 45–90 days) through the official Uttarakhand Forest Department portal.
Valid government ID is required at entry.
Foreign nationals need to provide passport and visa details.
Security & Guidelines
Entry is permitted only during daylight hours.
Visitors must follow strict forest rules—no stepping outside the campus after dark, no loud noise, and no littering.
Forest guards and staff are present 24/7.
Entry to Dhikala is allowed only during designated entry hours (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
